Terms of delivery:

The course can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made within 14 days of the date of acceptance of the course registration.

The 14-day cancellation period expires earlier if the student activates the learning environment with the login credentials received after acceptance.

To cancel a course, please contact your nearest office.

Terms of payment:

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.
